Fairview Financial was founded in 2017 by President/CEO, Patrick Kelly. Patrick is an accomplished, goal-oriented professional with over 25 years of financial and lending experience in loan sales, management, processing, credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management.

In addition to Loan Originator, he’s held the title of Vice President, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager at various financial institutions. Patrick has a proven track record of success performing in-depth analyses to drive organizational sales goal and propel revenue. He knows the loan process inside-and-out, and has a special passion for assisting first time home buyers. He is there alongside his clients, from pre-approval to the closing table, and he always conducts business with deep honesty and integrity.

He teaches financial education and home buyer’s workshops, and he maintains an in-depth knowledge of various mortgage programs like FHA, Conventional, USDA, and more. When Patrick isn’t scoring homes for his clients, he can be found hosting his radio show “Pryme Tyme Mixx” on Spotlight Radio-105 FM in Connecticut. Radio has been his passion for over 25 years.
